CLASS 4/5/6 Author Event@Winter Gardens-Cressida Cowell

Children and staff from Class 4, 5 and 6 are very excited about attending a special author event at the Winter Gardens tomorrow morning.

The special author event will feature Cressida Cowell, former children's laureate and celebrated author-illustrator of the 'How to Train Your Dragon' series.

This event marks the 20th anniversary of the series and will take place at Winter Gardens Blackpool on Thursday, 15th June, from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.

 

During the event, Cressida Cowell will:

 

  • Offer valuable advice on becoming an author or illustrator
  • Share behind-the-scenes information on how her books were adapted into films and a TV series
  • Discuss her inspiration for creating the How to Train Your Dragon series
  • Demonstrate live illustrations

There will be no charge for the author visit.
