Celebrating The King's Coronation@St John's-Friday 5th May 2023 

All of the St John's children and staff enjoyed celebrating 'The King's Coronation' on Friday 5th May in school. 

A huge well done to our Worship Council who led a special whole school worship about our new King and the Coronation ceremony. 

The judges were very impressed with all of the crowns designed and made at home by the children, it was a very difficult decision to decide on the winners due to the high standard. We chose two winners from each class in the end. The winners will be presented with a special certificate and prize in school next week. 

We then enjoyed a 'Coronation Lunch' in the hall and other coronation activities in the classrooms.
