Following concerns raised by staff and some parents about congestion on Church Street at home time, we will trial a different pick-up system for Year 1 and Year 2.
From Monday January 29th, Year 2 children will continue to be collected from the main playground- but from the double doors nearest the gate rather than their usual single door.
Year one children will now be collected from the single door on the main school playground. The children will line up inside school and once a member of staff has sight of a known adult, they will let the child go.  Please stand back from the door to enable staff to see who is collecting the children.
I ask for your patience as we trial this new system- we want to ensure all the children are safe and collected without issue.
If you have a child in reception, please collect them first, then move to the main playground.
