Year 2 Trip to the R.N.L.I. and Blackpool Tower.

 

                On Thursday 13th July, the children from year 2 will be visiting the Lifeboat Station on Blackpool promenade, and learning about the work the R.N.L.I. carry out in Blackpool.

 

                After lunching on the comedy carpet, (weather permitting) the children will then visit the Tower, where they will have a play session in Jungle Jim’s, before taking a trip to the top of the Blackpool Eye.

 

                The children will be walking to and from the venues, and need to be in full school uniform. Packed lunches will be provided by the school kitchen for all children, if you prefer to send your own packed lunch please fill in the slip below.

 

                There is a gift shop at the Lifeboat station, and children may bring up to £3.00 to spend. The cost of this trip if free, we will be holding a cake bake before the trip to raise money for the R.N.L.I. which will be presented on the day.
