St John's enjoyed taking part in the 'Take 10' (Take 10 minutes to read) event on 10th May as part of Mental Health Awareness week.
We would love for you to join us in encouraging St John's children, young people and our families to start a daily habit of reading for 10 minutes.
Research from National Literacy Trust shows that children who enjoy reading are three times more likely to have good mental wellbeing than children who don’t enjoy reading.
Reading for just 10 minutes a day can help children and young people relax, unwind and explore their emotions.
